To provide the best possible service, Information Technology (IT) will perform our scheduled monthly technology maintenance. This monthly maintenance program is a preventive measure that is essential to providing stable and secure systems to the University. While we take steps to keep the system online and usable, some of these activities require the affected systems and networks be shut down which may cause intermittent system interruptions. These outages could include logging into Northwood-owned computers, my.northwood.edu, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, online student enrollment application, Recruit and/or Perceptive Content.
