Monthly System Maintenance

To provide the best possible service, Information Technology (IT) will perform our scheduled monthly technology maintenance. This monthly maintenance program is a preventive measure that is essential to providing stable and secure systems to the University. While we take steps to keep the system online and usable, some of these activities require the affected systems and networks be shut down which may cause intermittent system interruptions.

Depending on the scope of scheduled maintenance, intermittent outages could include logging into Northwood-owned computers, my.northwood.edu, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, personal and department share drives, online student enrollment application (apply.northwood.edu) and/or Perceptive Content.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Web Services (Apply (apply.northwood.edu), nusites.northwood.edu), Messaging & Collaboration Services (Share Drives (Personal & Departmental)), and Midland Campus Wireless Network (WiFi) (Midland On-Campus Network (WiFi)).
